We loved this hotel! The staff were genuinely friendly and always willing to help, whether it was recommending the best local restaurants or providing reliable transportation tips. The hotel facilities were recently renovated and well-maintained, including the clean and cozy rooms with wooden floors. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, and the egg station was very fast. Best of all, this hotel is located right in the heart of the old centre. We could easily call a cab or get dropped off at the hotel and walk to Hoan Kiem lake and all major city attractions.

We were looking for a comfortable place in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter -- we couldn't have found a better hotel. The buzz and noise of the town stopped at the door, and we had peaceful nights in cosy rooms, with good breakfasts before starting our daily explorations.

They allowed us to cancell one nigth without charge it. Very well isolated windows rooms. Good bf.

First floor nasty fueloil smell. Closed up other facilities such as, sauna and jacuzzi. Desperate slowness lift. Instead they promote wi-fi, it didn´t work in any place of the hotel. You had to use bussines center, at least for free.

Great breakfast selection. Spacious room. Convenient location near fashion shopping street. Recently renovated with wooden floor. Very quiet. Friendly and trustworthy staff. Helpful local information provided. Peaceful oasis in the city.

I had an incredible experience at a hotel located in the heart of the Old Quarter. It was just minutes away from many dining options and provided easy access to popular landmarks and the night market. The room was quite spacious and bathroom spotless, and the service was very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast spread was a highlight of my stay– ranging from local dishes to international cuisine. I couldn't have been happier with the overall value for the price and would highly recommend checking it out.

I noticed that some staff members appeared preoccupied with their phones, which took away slightly from the otherwise excellent service.

Great location, just a few minutes walking distance from the tourist attractions and good eating places. The flavorful breakfast with omelette station was amazing. we enjoyed the very modern, clean and spacious room.

The staff was not so friendly or helpful during our stay. We did not feel welcomed and they did not seem to care about our needs or concerns.

The price was reasonable and the staff was generally friendly. the location was also good; close to the city's attractions. Plus, the hotel offered free breakfast which was convenient.

My stay over New Year's was ruined by the noise level. the hotel seemed to cater to large groups who were excessively loud and inconsiderate of other guests.
